I have been using drip fit for the last few weeks. I have applied it pre work out but without the wrap. I felt the extra heat but did not sweat like crazy or anything. I actually prefer to use drip fit after intense workouts before bed. I find that muscle soreness and fatigue are greatly reduced. I find it especially useful in muscles used in compound movements like presses and deadlifts. My shoulders, chest, back and quads are way less sore when I apply drip fit. Because of the texture of the product I was worried about staining on clothing and bedding but so far no issues. I would highly recommend this product and will continue using it. I find it way more effective than the menthol based blue goop or arnica sprays you get at the pharmacy.

I have been using drip fit for three weeks since I began my (heavy) weightlifting journey. I cannot believe how helpful it is with recovery! I am lifting heavier than ever and I’m not burdened by muscle soreness. On back day, I couldn’t reach my rhomboids to apply drip fit, and those were the only muscles sore the next day. On leg day, I forgot to apply to my inner thighs, and those muscles were the only ones sore the next day. What more proof do I need that this stuff works? I love how it conditions my skin and it smells great. It loses one star because it leaves my skin feeling slightly tacky.

I have both the cream and the band . The band is the widest compared to all other bands in the market so it’s cover more areas and is the thinnest neoprene so it doesn’t make me look bulky . I did my research and realize that there is Castrol oil and magnesium which is great for recovery, bone, joint health and reduce inflammation which is great for me when I do my long distance run . So aside from crazy sweating I don’t have any more pain on my shins an old injury on my ankle .

I bought my belt almost a year ago as well as the topical ...let me tell you, WOW! The topical even makes you sweat without the waist belt! BUT with both products on, it's like a INFRARED sauna & you can actually feel your cells heating up internally as blood flow increases. I lost a lot of extra water weight my body was holding & haven’t put it back on even though I drink up to 2 gallons of water a day! Everytime I use the belt & take it off after my workout I am DRIPPING in sweat!! I love it (now that I’ve embraced it)!
