Refund Policy

All packages shipped from Vancouver use Canada Post. USPS manages shipments to the United States once customs have been cleared. Packages shipped via Canada Post/USPS are shipped without insurance. Once a package has left our offices, liability for successful shipment is assumed by the shipping service provider (Canada Post/USPS). DripFit assumes no responsibility for the delay or loss of your package within the system. We cannot issue replacements or refunds for items lost in this manner. Any complaints or claims should be filed with Canada Post

You can return a product for up to 30 days from your purchase date based on reasonable cause. A refund may be provided if less than 30% of the product is seen to be used.

Any product related to fitness and health sees results over time. We carefully select ingredients for our products that have science-based evidence to support weight loss, muscle building, skin health, and self-care. These products are not meant to be relied on solely and are to be used along with positive health and wellness lifestyle choices. Results will vary, and require use with consistent activity.

Any product you return must be in the original packaging. 

To return your product(s), please do the following:

  1. Email brenley@shopdripfit.com with the products you want to return, a detailed reason why you wish to return the product and your original order number.
  2. Prepare the items by putting them in a shipping box and sealing it.
  3. Products are shipped back at the customer's expense to the following location: DripFit Health Supplements, 350 Sparton Road, Victoria, BC V9E 2H5

A refund may or may not be provided based on the condition in which the product was received upon return.

This policy applies only to website purchases directly from DripFit. 

Should a product be found defective, please contact us to initiate a return. All returns should be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice, receipt). Please contact our Customer Service team via phone or email at 1-833-DRIPFIT or  brenley@shopdripfit.coma for directions on how to return the defective product.

You shall assume the delivery charges and the legal risks for a product(s) returned (except in the case where DripFit Health Supplements has not delivered the products you have ordered or has delivered products that are damaged or defective, in which case DripFit Health Supplements will assume all delivery charges and the risks, as long as you return the products using a carrier that guarantees the risks of loss and damage).

A return can only be accepted if a product has not been removed from its original packaging if the product is found to be defective. If a product is found to be defective, it will be exchanged for a new model of the same product or a credit of the same value.

Upon receiving a returned product, any sum debited from your credit card account in favour of DripFit Health Supplements concerning the product, except delivery charges, will be credited as soon as possible, on condition that the product being returned is returned by you and received by DripFit Health Supplements in the exact condition as that in which it was when delivered to you.

Band Return:

If your band is defective within the first month of purchase, please contact brenley@shopdripfit.com with a description of the issue and photos. 

We will not return a band that has been used for over 30 days from the date purchased. If band has been stretched, tampered with or misused we have the ability to refuse return. Directions on how to use the band effectively is in both our FAQ as well as on the website and band box. 

OUR REFUND POLICY REGARDING LOST OR 'DELIVERED' ORDERS:

In the event that your order is lost or marked as "delivered" but has not arrived, we kindly request your understanding that we cannot issue a refund until a thorough investigation has been conducted. Once a package leaves our premises, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. To ensure protection against resale and fraudulent claims, as well as to hold the shipping carrier accountable for any lost or damaged products, we require a comprehensive investigation before taking appropriate actions to resolve the situation. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Packages shipped with Canada Post International are shipped “as is” with tracking without insurance. Once a package has left our offices, liability for successful shipment is assumed by Canada Post and your country’s local postal service or shipping provider. DripFit assumes no responsibility for the delay or loss of your package. We are unable to issue replacements or refunds for items lost in this manner. Any complaints or claims should be filed with your local postal provider.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Customers who chose a shipping option without insurance when a shipping option with insurance is available to them represent recognition of the inherent risks of these shipping methods. As such, you agree to waive your right to claim non-arrival in the event that a delivery does not reach its destination.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Customers are responsible for understanding the importation regulations of the shipping address they specify on their order. Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. The recipient must bear these charges; we have no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

INCORRECT ADDRESS ON ORDER FORM
If the buyer's information is incorrect, the responsibility is on the buyer. DripFit will not incur any responsibility unless the shipping error is made at the company's head office. DripFit shipping prices are charged based on Canada Post's fees. DripFit does not have control over current or changing shipping prices.
