SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA
All packages shipped from the head office in Greater Vancouver use Canada Post. Packages shipped via Canada Post are shipped without insurance. Once a package has left our offices, the shipping service provider (Canada Post) assumes liability for successful shipment. DripFit assumes no responsibility for the delay or loss of your package within the system. We cannot issue replacements or refunds for items lost in this manner. Any complaints or claims should be filed with Canada Post.

US & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Packages shipped with Canada Post International are shipped “as is” with tracking without insurance. Once a package has left our offices, Canada Post and your country’s local postal service or shipping provider assume liability for a successful shipment. DripFit assumes no responsibility for the delay or loss of your package. We cannot issue replacements or refunds for items lost in this manner. Any complaints or claims should be filed with your local postal provider.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Customers are responsible for understanding the importation regulations of the shipping address they specify on their order. Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. The recipient must bear these charges; we cannot control them and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

INCORRECT ADDRESS ON ORDER FORM
Should the information the buyer provides be incorrect, the responsibility is on the buyer. DripFit will not incur any responsibility unless the DripFit head office makes the shipping error. DripFit shipping prices are charged based on Canada Post's fees. DripFit does not have control over current or changing shipping prices.

OUR SHIPPING POLICY REGARDING LOST OR 'DELIVERED' ORDERS:

If your order is lost or marked as "delivered" but has not arrived, we kindly request your understanding that we cannot issue a refund until a thorough investigation has been conducted. Once a package leaves our premises, it becomes the carrier's responsibility. To ensure protection against resale and fraudulent claims and hold the shipping carrier accountable for any lost or damaged products, we require a comprehensive investigation before taking appropriate actions to resolve the situation.
